This week on Century of Lies: Launch of the European Union Drugs Agency. The European Monitoring Centre on Drugs and Drug Addiction was the European Union’s drugs monitoring agency. Technically the EMCDDA is no more but it hasn’t closed, it’s changed: The EMCDDA is now called the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA). It’s not only a new name, the agency’s mandate has also changed.
